Jane M. Homeyer brings to Visionations over 30 years of experience in innovative practices in both the Federal government and private sector. With expertise spanning forensic science, crime scene investigation, and national security, she held senior executive positions at the FBI, Northern Illinois Police Crime Laboratory (NIPCL), and other federal agencies.

As the FBI's Academic Dean, she led Director Mueller's initiative to reengineer training across the Bureau. She established the FBI's University Education Program and led the Office of Training and Development. As FBI Training Unit Chief for the Laboratory Division, she directed the National Academy's Forensic Science Training Program and oversaw CODIS, Counterterrorism & Forensic Science Research, Evidence Control, and Quality Assurance.

Her career began at NIPCL, where she served as Fingerprint Examiner, Questioned Document Examiner, and Crime Scene Specialist before becoming Laboratory Director — leading NIPCL to become the first non-profit crime lab in the United States accredited by ASCLD/LAB.

For more than 25 years, Jeff Gurvis has been entrenched in the forensic and law enforcement community — providing forensic analyses in latent print comparisons and bloodstain pattern analysis, and serving as project manager for over a decade at the leading laboratory information management systems company, Porter Lee, implementing the BEAST in forensic laboratories and police departments across the U.S.

A recognized veteran in the forensic community, Jeff is a founding member of SWGSTAIN, has served as Vice Chair of the OSAC BPA Subcommittee, Chair of the AAFS ASB Bloodstain Pattern Consensus Body, and Chair of the Bloodstain Pattern Certification Board at the IAI, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Jeff taught for the FBI for over six years and at the University of Tennessee National Forensic Academy for over 10 years. He began his career at NIPCL as a Latent Print Examiner, Crime Scene Response Coordinator, and Bloodstain Pattern Analyst, and remains actively consulting across the nation.

AI researcher, technologist, designer, and innovator. Lance Christmann is the CTO of Visionations where his strong background in interface design and design management extends the user-centered design approach to providing a refreshing user experience. For 25 years, Lance has created software products, enterprise applications, and conversational AI experiences for brands including FedEx, Boeing, Adobe, Workday, Jeppesen, and the highly acclaimed eBay Desktop application (Adobe MAX Award winner).

Prior to founding Visionations, Lance co-founded and served as chief experience strategist at EffectiveUI, a full-service user experience agency acquired by WPP/Ogilvy. He also co-founded and helped design OneReach.ai, an enterprise-grade low-code system for designing, managing, and deploying AI solutions for business needs.

Robb has spent more than 20 years applying his deep understanding of user-centric design to unlocking hyperautomation. He built OneReach.ai, the highest-scoring company in Gartner's first Critical Capabilities for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms report, and UX Magazine into the world's largest experience design publication.

He is the bestselling author of Age of Invisible Machines and host of the accompanying podcast Invisible Machines. Previously he created EffectiveUI, a full-service UX firm that competed with IDEO and Frog Design. Robb has launched 15 startups, collected over 130 awards across design and technology, and held executive roles at several publicly traded companies — mentoring colleagues who went on to leadership roles at Amazon Alexa, Google, Ogilvy, GE, Salesforce, Instagram, LinkedIn, Disney, Microsoft, Mastercard, and Boeing.
